- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪didnt take care of paperwork on time for a policy that was paid in full for a year. Refused (exact words) to answer question when I needed to know if the paperwork for an accident was handled when they had 17 days to do it. Their answer? They wouldnt tell me if I was ok, or say or yes or no to answer if I would be fine, since they had everything they needed well before the state guidelines. When I said just tell me if I am ok she said I was harrassing her. So if you want to pay for insurance, up front, for a year, get into an accident and be sure they will do their job, find another company. The worst customer service experience I have ever had hands down. So many negative stars that they owe me a few back. I just HAD to leave at least oneSeptember 02, 2017by thomas wolfe
